WarrantyUltra Shot Accuracy Products guarantees its' product to be free from defect in material and workmanship over a period of one year from date of purchase.If product is found unsatisfactory under this guarantee the purchaser should notify Ultra Shot Accuracy Products in writing and, after receipt of Ultra Shot Accuracy Products shipping approval, the purchaser may return it directly to Ultra Shot Accuracy Products with all shipping charges prepaid. Ultra Shot Accuracy Products will, upon receiving defective product, inspect, and at our discretion, replace or repair the product providing the warranty, herein, has not been breached. Ultra Shot Accuracy Products will return product serviced under warranty, free of all charges except transportation. The correction of any defects by Ultra Shot Accuracy Products shall constitute fulfillment of all obligations and liability to the purchaser. Ultra Shot Accuracy Products is not responsible for damage to its' product through improper installation, maintenance, unauthorized repair, use, or attempts to operate it beyond its mechanical, chemical, or thermal limits, intentionally or otherwise. Failure to immediately notify Ultra Shot Accuracy Products of the above shall terminate this guarantee and shall relieve Ultra Shot Accuracy Products from any further responsibility thereunder. It is the user’s responsibility to determine the application, degree of reliability, and safety of Ultra Shot Accuracy Products. Ultra Shot Accuracy Products shall not be liable for special or consequential damages in any claim, action, suit or proceeding arising under this guarantee. Nor shall there be any liability thereunder for claims of injury, loss, profit, goodwill, repairs or other expenses incidental to replacement. No other representations, guarantees, or warranties, expressed or implied, are made by Ultra Shot Accuracy Products. The foregoing guarantee is in lieu of all other representations and warranties, expressed or implied.
